As young travelers, we really loved the funky and themed rooms at this guest house. The Rococo King room we stayed in had a grand and luxurious feel with its window seats and dressing table area. The automatic blind shutters added a modern touch, and the bathroom with underfloor heating was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated their knowledge and recommendations of York's history and attractions. it was a memorable stay and we can't wait to come back.

What a fantastic stay at Tower Guest House! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The entire property, including our room, was impeccably clean. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch to our New Year's stay. Using the app to order breakfast was seamless, and the breakfast room itself was inviting. Our room, with its 4 poster bed and spa bath, was incredibly comfortable. The mini fridge stocked with goodies was a thoughtful touch. The electric blinds provided privacy at the touch of a button. The location was convenient for exploring the city center, and the owners were friendly throughout our 3-night stay. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close enough to walk to the city centre and the famous City Walls. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are equipped with heated floors and excellent showers. The breakfast options are delicious and the service provided is top-notch. Guests can even use a convenient app to request their preferred breakfast time and menu choices. The hotel also offers a shuttle service for added convenience.

There was a slight issue with the distance to the city centre, as it was a bit further than expected. But this was a minor inconvenience and wouldn't matter much, especially on a sunny day.

We got amazing value for our money at this guest house. The room was incredibly comfortable and had all the modern amenities we needed, including USB sockets and electronic blinds. The location was perfect for our visit to the city, and the staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with a dedicated server for juice and cereal, especially considering the current circumstances.

I did appreciate the comfy bed and the fact that the room had a spa bath. It was definitely a nice touch to have a mini fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks. As for location, it was convenient to have a Co-op and some cafes nearby.

The hotel was amazing! the breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options. the location was perfect, just a short walk or quick taxi ride to all the shopping and attractions. Plus, we were able to park our car all day for a bargain price.

That the hotel was a little further from the city center than we preferred, but the included taxi service made up for it. the check-out time was a bit early, which made our morning a little rushed.
