The receptionist, Ms. Ashley, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including finding us an early check-in and providing recommendations for our trip to Miaoli. The cleanliness of the room and the soundproofing were superb. The hotel offers a range of amenities, from free washing machines and drinks in the lobby to a delicious breakfast. The staff was helpful, kind, and humble throughout our stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Just stayed at Cityinn Hotel Plus and had an amazing experience! the location is perfect, right next to the Taichung TRA Train Station, making it convenient for arrivals and departures. the hotel staff were excellent and went above and beyond, helping us with our laundry and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. the breakfast was a highlight, offering both Western and local dishes that were deliciously cooked. the room was spacious and stylishly decorated, and the free WiFi was strong. a wonderful hotel that I would highly recommend to friends and would love to try other branches in the future.

the location was perfect, especially if you're planning day trips to places like Sun Moon Lake or Gao Mei Wetlands. the connectivity was great, with pick-up options for most trips from the train station. the room, although on the smaller side, was kept clean and the bathroom was pristine. I loved the tea and coffee provided in the room, and the amenities such as free washing and drying machines were a bonus. the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a decent variety with good coffee options. Don't be fooled by the humble exterior of the building!

They gave us great tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. the location was perfect as we could easily walk to the night market and several popular landmarks. the hotel provided free laundry facilities, which was very convenient for us during our weekend stay.

The issue we had with the washer provided for doing laundry. It kept stopping in between wash cycles, so we had to constantly check on it.

There is no lock on the bathroom door, which may not provide enough privacy for some guests.
