The hotel had great amenities and a beautiful view of the lake. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free shuttle service to the local town and high-speed rail. the food was very good, especially the sushi station and cooked-to-order options at the buffet.

We also found the hotel to be quite expensive, especially considering some of the issues with checking in, but the overall experience was still pleasant.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and luxurious amenities. the Spa centre was the perfect way to spend a relaxing afternoon, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi to unwind into. the massage I received was phenomenal, and the tranquil spa lounge made me feel pampered and rejuvenated. the BBQ facilities and sun terrace were great additions, perfect for a summer afternoon. I also had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious meal at the restaurant, where the special diet menus were catered to my requirements.

the public bath could have been cleaner and more well-maintained, but it didn't impact my overall experience much.
