The staff's genuine effort to make our anniversary special, complete with upgraded accommodations and personalized surprises, left a lasting impression. However, the buffet food often lacked warmth, which was a disappointment.

I enjoy the beautiful gardens and the large heated pool, which are perfect for relaxing. The diverse breakfast options cater to various tastes, making mornings delightful.

The furniture in the rooms could use an update to improve comfort.

the location of kenzi is superb, just 10 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from the market. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, pleasing even my picky family members. we had a great time at the swimming pool, and the children's show was a highlight for my son.

The wifi connection was a headache, frequently dropping, and the decor needs an upgrade!!! The air-conditioning couldn't keep up with the heat, making the rooms uncomfortably warm!!! Renegotiate how the reception communicates internally. a smoother check-in process is essential!!!

The architecture was stunning, quite the feast for the eyes. I had a memorable afternoon sunbathing by the massive pool, it felt like our own private oasis with not too many guests around. Oh, and the Moroccan cuisine? Had me wishing I could take a taste of Marrakesh back home.

It wasn’t the cheapest place to stay but it still offered an overall good experience.

During my stay, I loved that the hotel was just over a kilometer away from Palais M Marrakech, an incredible landmark that was easy to stroll to, and the Agdal Gardens were merely a few minutes away, perfect for a relaxing afternoon walk among beautiful greenery. what made it even better was the hotel's impressive breakfast that fed my adventures with plenty of delicious options.
