I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including an iron, heating, and air conditioning. The hotel also had a stunning outdoor swimming pool and a relaxing spa and wellness center, where I indulged in a rejuvenating massage and body wrap. The beautiful garden area and sun terrace provided a tranquil setting to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. this place exceeded my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Great location, close to Sun Moon Lake cruise pier. Free bikes provided for easy exploration. Comfy beds, spacious room. Good breakfast with variety. Friendly, English-speaking staff.

The hotel is conveniently located just down the road from the main bus station, making it easily accessible for business travelers. The peaceful surroundings in a quiet area ensure a relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities and room advantages that may go unnoticed at first glance, such as a private spa pool in the bathroom and a bakery serving delicious cakes.

There were limited English-speaking staff, which made it difficult to communicate at times.

The size of the room was impressive, and the bed was comfortable. The outdoor pool and hot springs were a great feature to relax after a busy city break. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet did not meet the Western standard. We were disappointed by the limited bread choices and lack of tasty coffee.
