The location was fantastic, situated between two convenient u-bahn and s-bahn stations, allowing for easy and quick access to the city center of Munich. We also loved being next to the best beer garden in town, which added a unique and enjoyable touch to our stay. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff was impeccable, and the basic amenities in the room, including the plush interiors and comfortable bed, made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in our rate, offered a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes.

Outstanding service! We arrived at 2am and were still able to check in thanks to their genius key lock box outside the entrance. After calling the service number specified on the lock box, a member of staff told us the code to our lock box and we were able to get our room key with our check-in documents and all that at 2 in the morning! The staff were extremely helpful. Convenient entrance to the hotel after closing of reception. The bus stop was close by. Free street parking available. Relatively clean rooms. Decent breakfast with a wide selection. Free wifi. I would recommend this hotel for a positive experience.

this time in munich, my stay at a hotel exceeded expectations. the staff was genuinely supportive, the wifi was brilliant, and the location was convenient for both business and leisure. i highly recommend staying here if you want a clean room, helpful staff, and easy access to transportation and amenities.

parking was challenging

The breakfast was really good, it had different options to choose from and it was freshly made. the location was perfect, very close to a bus stop and some shops which was really convenient. There was also free Wi-Fi in the room which was awesome.

The room was not very clean and there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed, like the shower which leaked and the hairdryer that did not work. the staff was not very friendly and did not seem very accommodating when we asked for help.
