The room itself was beautifully designed and well-appointed, with a Japanese/Western fusion style. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a big bathtub with a view of the ocean. The hotel also offered competitive prices, along with added perks like vouchers for dinners and afternoon tea. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning view and comfortable accommodations.

The spa and sauna facilities were nice and provided a relaxing experience. the rooms had beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance of the stay. the staff were friendly and provided helpful service throughout our time at the hotel. the hotel had a business center with computers available for use, making it convenient for any work-related needs.

The hotel's location was a bit out of the way, requiring taxi rides to get to other attractions or areas of the city. the breakfast buffet did not meet expectations, lacking in quality and variety compared to other meals during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location, although not in the city center, was perfect for me as it offered peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Karl who went above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms were spacious and modern, and I absolutely loved the sea view from my room. The buffet in the evenings was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. I also enjoyed the free bike hire and went on a long bike ride along the coast. The pool and spa facilities were top-notch, providing a great way to relax and unwind during my stay.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the friendly staff who were always polite and helpful. the large balcony in our room allowed for plenty of natural light, and the attention to detail in the rooms, including comfortable beds and great amenities, was excellent. Additionally, the breakfast offered a superb selection with lots of variety.

One aspect we didn't enjoy was the overly bright green light above the door indicating the Exit. However, we were able to dim it with a shower cap.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel offered two complimentary meals and a delightful afternoon tea as part of our package. the location was perfect, only a short taxi ride away from the town area and the train station. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The receptionist lacked warmth and didn't offer a friendly greeting upon our arrival. In addition, the facilities fell short of our expectations, as the sauna was not as expected and there were limited options for other recreational activities.
