Perfect spot for Taipei vibes!

I stayed with friends for 3 nights. The location is killer, super close to Ximending for tons of fun. The beds were comfy, and loved having that electric kettle in the room for late-night coffee! The breakfast had decent options, although it wasn't my fave. The staff could’ve been friendlier—you’d expect more smiles in hospitality!

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast was consistently cold with limited options, mostly catering to Asian cuisine. Additionally, the bathroom setup was frustrating, leading to water all over the floor after showers. Lastly, despite my request for adjustments in room temperature, the staff only offered an electric fan, which barely helped during my stay.

the staff were far from warm. waiting ages for my key card was absolutely delightful, too—like a little game of hide and seek. Also, don’t expect your room to be fresh. mine had lizard droppings. as someone with standards, i assumed a welcome gift was the least they could do for my stay. but i guess that was just too much to ask.

The hotel is perfectly located right near Ximending, making it easy to explore the vibrant street life. The breakfast was decent with good local selections, and the staff were always ready to assist us cheerfully.

However, the lifts were a real hassle – sharing them with other businesses made waiting times frustrating. Also, the check-in on the 13th floor could be inconvenient with luggage.

Staying here with my family was awesome! The location is super central, just a short stroll to MRT and Ximending for shopping and tasty eats. The breakfast variety was amazing, especially all the fresh fruits that made mornings enjoyable.

My wife says that the check-in area could use more space.

The bathroom design? Oh darling, it’s a ‘climb-in’ adventure—might as well set it to 'extreme sports'! And watch out for that post-shower slip ’n’ slide!

Couple's weekend adventure

We spent a weekend at this hotel and it was quite the experience! The laundry room was a lifesaver for our clothes, and we met a friendly staff member who showed us how to get detergent for just TWD20. We also loved how the breakfast menu changed during our stay—it was great to enjoy a mix of local dishes and Western food. Plus, the location couldn't be beaten, with everything happening right across the street.
