This place is located in a very good and busy neighborhood, which is the main reason why I chose this hotel. It is known as the "Harajuku" or "Shibuya" of this city, with many eateries, theaters, and fancy name-brand shopping stores for the young professional crowd. The staff here are very attentive to service and friendly, quickly answering any questions I had regarding my late arrival and keeping my reservation. The service provided both before check-in and after was very helpful and they really take care of their customers. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a restaurant, fitness center, massage services, and even a leisure/TV room. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning. the location and quality services of this hotel made my stay here very enjoyable.

We stayed somewhere very near Ximending area, and it was super close to the bustling streets of the shopping district! The location was excellent, with many eateries around, and the subway was easily accessible. The staff were polite and accommodating to our requests.

The bathroom design wasn't very user-friendly - the floor trap was at one end of the bathroom, while the shower area was at the other end, causing the whole bathroom to be wet after showering.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and wi-fi access. the hotel is conveniently located near major transportation hubs and attractions, making it easy for us to get around. the gym and laundry services were also free of charge, which was a great perk.

Our check-in experience was not ideal as we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our room despite arriving after the stated check-in time.

The room was comfortable with a nice city view and the beds and pillows were just right. the location was great, it was just a short walk to a nearby subway station and there were plenty of dining options nearby. the hotel facilities were well-kept and clean.

The breakfast selection could be improved, and it would be nice if the staff didn't turn off the lights in the dining hall while guests were still eating. the floor in the bath area could easily get wet as there was no drainage near the tub.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was trendy and spacious, with large windows overlooking Ximending. The location was perfect, with plenty of famous eateries within walking distance and the convenience of a 7-eleven right downstairs. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home.
