We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the Polanco neighborhood and the beautiful Chapultepec park. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed we've ever had in a hotel. Despite being close to main roads, the rooms were quiet and we had a peaceful night's sleep.

The rooftop terrace offers an incredible view of Chapultepec, perfect for working while enjoying the majestic scenery. The restaurant features a well-placed, long/tall marble table with comfortable chairs and plenty of USB/AC plugs, ideal for working while enjoying the views. The hotel's location on the edge of Anzures and Polanco provides easy access to vibrant neighborhoods. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent. The room was well-maintained, clean, and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and worked hard to address any issues that arose.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the upscale neighborhood of Polanco for a city trip. The 10th floor restaurant offered a great view, and the room service was excellent. The room itself was clean and satisfactory, providing good value for money. The hotel's modern property had a central location, making it easy to explore nearby neighborhoods such as Anzures, Cuauhtemoc, and Juarez. a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast included. I will definitely return.

We had a great stay for New Year's! the location was perfect - close to all the major tourist attractions, museums, and the tour bus. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was great, especially the amazing shower. the free upgrade gave us a spacious and modern room, which we loved. We also enjoyed the rooftop with its good views and the nice atmosphere.

The only downside was the lack of flexibility with room cleaning. We stayed for three nights and our room was not changed during our stay.

The room was spacious with a small hall and two double beds, perfect for a family with 2 small kids. The bathroom was big and clean, and the staff was always helpful. The room was quiet and filled with natural light. The hotel's location was unbeatable, within walking distance of attractions like Paseo de la Reforma, Bosque de Chapultepec, and Polanco. The rooftop restaurant offered amazing views of Chapultepec Castle. The clean-ladies did an outstanding job, even arranging my bed and placing my Teddy Cat on top.

During my stay, I had the pleasure of being located close to some tourist attractions in a bustling part of the city. I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, which was right off a beautiful park. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. Plus, the rooftop view was breathtaking, making it well worth a visit.

The walls were quite thin, and the noise from neighboring rooms could be a bit disruptive at times.

During our recent romantic escape, we were thrilled with the modern and well-equipped accommodations. the complimentary breakfast and fast Wi-Fi were a great start to our days of exploring the nearby museums and parks. the hotel's location was unbeatable, as it was just a short stroll from some of the city's best landmarks and attractions. We enjoyed an unforgettable sunset from the rooftop restaurant and savored the delicious food.

While we appreciated the hotel's charming and historical ambiance, the cleanliness standards could have been improved. There was a bit of wear and tear in the rooms, and the walls were slightly thin, making it easy to hear the other guests.

The location is great, right off the park and central to many neighborhoods. Despite a check-in issue, they honored my reservation price. I'd recommend Wyndham Garden Polanco.
