Had a great Christmas getaway at this resort. The cabins were comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to surrounding areas and places to visit. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant and the food was exceptional. The beautiful scenery and well-maintained grounds added to the overall experience.

One downside was that the spa facilities were not available and we were not informed about it on check-in. It would have been nice to be told in advance.

Clean accomodation with all necessary amenities. Beautiful lake and scenic surroundings. Excellent pool. One night stay convenient for local boarding school drop-off/pick-up. Comfortable and fully equipped studio with great dining and relaxing areas. Clean restaurant and bar with delicious food. Efficient and friendly staff. Warm lodge with everything needed for a winter break. Loved the arcade, play center, and feeding the ducks.

The room itself was well-equipped, with ironing facilities, heating, and a cozy sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent beauty treatments and massages that left us feeling pampered and rejuvenated. In addition, the hotel had a game room with activities like table tennis and mini golf, adding even more fun to our stay.

We recommend this hotel to all as it provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

The best aspects of my Christmas stay at this resort were the stunning views from our lodge and the peaceful location. the lodge provided a cozy and comfortable setting, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the convenience of having a restaurant on-site was a great advantage, as it made it easy for us to enjoy delicious meals without having to venture far from our accommodation.

The worst aspects of our stay were the lack of attention to detail and the outdated facilities. the lodge we stayed in had carpets that were dirty and worn, and the bathroom floor was slippery, posing a risk of falls, especially for our children.

Clubhouse atmosphere was chaotic with unruly kids and inattentive staff. the resort should enforce their no stag and hen party policy for a more peaceful experience.

The room was spacious and well-furnished, with excellent storage and seating facilities. The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Location was great, with easy access to south lakes and a straight road into Morecambe. Transportation was convenient, with a bus stop nearby and the ability to walk into the city. The lake and surrounding area were beautiful.

The cabins had all the essentials, clean rooms, and parking right outside. Tea, coffee, and milk were provided. Close to a lake with swans and ducks.

The lodges were beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. the location was also great, with easy access to the nearby Dales, offering stunning natural beauty. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the resort facilities were a bit limited and not up to par considering the price we paid.
