Great central location, close to shops and restaurants. Comfy beds, quiet rooms, and excellent breakfast choice. Clean hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Bonus spa facilities including outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the center of town. The location was perfect, close to everything in Guildford. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The breakfast was adequate, and the parking was easy.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and close to all the shops. The service was top notch, with room service and laundry available at all times. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities including heating and air conditioning. The hotel had multiple dining options, a bar/lounge area, and staff were always on hand to assist with any requests. The spa and wellness centre were a highlight of my stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room available for use.

I highly recommend this place to families.

The breakfast was okay, not the best, but it was pretty good. They served us some free complimentary drinks which was nice. the location of the hotel was great as it was near some of the shops and restaurants. One of the best aspects of the hotel was that the bed and bathroom were both clean.

the room wasn't cleaned properly during our stay which was very disappointing. the key cards kept deactivating which means we had to keep going back and forth to reception.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Easter weekend getaway. It was conveniently situated near the theatre where we attended a show, and parking was easily accessible.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the room itself was a bit dark and had a somewhat gloomy atmosphere, which wasn't the most welcoming.
