The breakfast is made to order by Sophie and it could not be any better. There is private parking behind the house. The location is only blocks from the waterfront and downtown. The house was decorated for Christmas, which was delightful. The home felt warm and welcoming.

and limited downtown walkability made it hard to enjoy this so-called charm. i almost gave a good review but woudl ve been nice if someone offered a welcome gift or at least acknowledged my presence as a special guest.

Sophie welcomed us with open arms and some lekker snacks—like fresh fruit and fried chicken! The house has that timeless charm, each corner telling a story. Seriously, the brekkie is custom-made and you won’t be allowed to leave hungry. We just chilled and ended up making new friends with other guests!
