We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke good English. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us with anything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in the mountains with beautiful views. We were spoiled with the hot spring jacuzzi in our room, which was so relaxing and romantic, especially in the evening. The spa facilities were top-notch and we enjoyed spending time in the hot springs and jacuzzi. The hotel also provided us with valuable information about activities and attractions in the surrounding areas, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
