The hotel is conveniently located near CKS airport, making it a great option for those needing to stay close to the airport. They also provide easy access to public transport, with a bus stop just across the road for transportation to Taipei and a short walk to the bus stop for Taoyuan train station. This makes it convenient for guests to explore the city or travel to other destinations.

Some of the breakfast buffet staff could improve their language comprehension skills.

The facilities were great and the staff were friendly and accommodating! We loved the gym and sauna and the strong wifi signal in our room, which made streaming Netflix a breeze. Plus, the location was key - only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport and a short walk to a bus station that took us to nearby attractions. the breakfast was so-so, but we enjoyed the scrambled eggs and cereal.

Our room had some black mould around the bath, which was a bit off-putting. the mattress was a bit too hard for our liking, but we appreciated the staff's efforts to help us by moving us to another room.

During my recent stay, I experienced luxurious amenities and excellent service at this hotel. the staff ensured my needs were met with top-notch facilities, including a fine dining restaurant and private facilities. the health club and steam bath were exclusive and relaxing, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

The only minor issue I experienced was the limited fruit selection during breakfast. the in-room breakfast was a delight, and the ballroom was perfect for holding a private event.
