The room had some outdated fixtures and noisy surroundings, but the comfortable bed and good water pressure made up for it. the staff's unhelpful attitude and missing items detracted from the experience. Despite the issues, the location was convenient with adequate parking. a mixed stay with room for improvement.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a great experience overall. the staff were really helpful and took care of my needs efficiently, despite being a tad abrupt at times. They even arranged for me to access the room key with no fuss. the location was convenient for my road trip back to Sydney, with plenty of parking available right by the room. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for a good night's sleep. the saltwater pool was a nice touch, offering a refreshing swim after a long day of driving.

One area that could be improved upon is the upkeep of the outdoor area. There were quite a lot of weeds growing through the pavers next to the pool chairs, which could be tidied up to enhance the overall appearance of the space.
