Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the charming town. The breakfast spread was exceptional, especially the fresh butter made using a unique butter machine. When checking out, we were given a thoughtful to-go bag with bread and water. Despite a minor hiccup in the restaurant, we would highly recommend this hotel. a delightful and relaxing stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the charming old town. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of the main square and the town hall. This place is truly in the center of it all. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with a unique conservatory nestled between two original buildings. It was a pleasure to relax in the spacious and comfortable rooms, which had all the amenities I could ask for, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with its wide variety of choices, including fresh fruits and cheeses. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, and it actually worked well throughout the hotel. I had a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay at this hotel.

Feeling like I stepped into a medieval fairytale with charming streets, lush forests, and a breathtaking castle. The spa treatments were heavenly. Wonderful hiking trails, and the hotel organized fun team activities.

Our room had a lovely view and was clean and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area and visit nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the complimentary muffins and croissants in the afternoon.

The sauna rules were not clearly communicated, leading to uncomfortable encounters for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located right off the market square. The staff were incredibly attentive and the hotel had a charming and beautiful building. The cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas was impeccable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was outstanding with a great selection of foods, including the best muesli we have ever had. The hotel also had great facilities such as a spa and a well-stocked mini fridge in the rooms. The location of this hotel was superb, right in the center of the picturesque city.

The breakfast selection and quality were great and helped kickstart our holiday morning. We also appreciated the convenient location near the Christmas markets and local attractions. we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, especially the festive decorations which made us feel like we were living in a winter wonderland.

Sadly, the language barrier presented some challenges with understanding hotel instructions and information.
