The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they even remembered me from my previous stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I appreciated the daily fruit and free water provided in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the Dongmen subway station, making it a great base for exploring Taipei and the surrounding areas.

It's slightly far from the major shopping areas but only a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which means we can get to places easily and explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offers great value for money. The room I stayed in was well-featured, with a big bathroom that had both a separate bath and shower. The amenities in the room were clean, well-stocked, and very spacious.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

I recently stayed at Royal Biz for a week during a business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from carrying our luggage to providing extra towels and iron. The location was great, just 400m from the Metro station and a couple of stops away from the city center. The deluxe room had a super comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast had a good mix of Asian and western dishes. the hotel was clean, cozy, and provided excellent services and facilities.

The hotel also offers basic amenities such as complimentary bottled water, daily fruit, and snacks, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of both Asian and Western dishes, catering to various tastes. The fast and reliable internet connection is another plus point for business travelers or those who need to stay connected.

As for breakfast offerings, it would have been even better if there were more variety in the menu options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 7-minute walk to the nearest MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the corner window. The bed was super comfortable, but the provided pillow was too soft. Thankfully, the reception staff kindly provided a green bean pillow which was perfect for someone like me who prefers a medium pillow. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bath tub, shower cubicle, and bidet. The shower gel and shampoo provided were lovely, and the water pressure was strong. The hotel had fast wifi and the staff at the lobby were courteous. I also enjoyed the simple breakfast with both local and western options, and the coffee and cut fruit salad were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores.

As business travelers, we loved the great location near the MRT, local markets, street food, and restaurants. The hotel staff was fantastic, warm, and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with sufficient storage and a fabulous rain shower. The breakfast had a variety of surprising dishes, and the gym had a good variety of equipment. We also appreciated the absence of a restaurant in the hotel, which encouraged us to explore the delicious local food options nearby.

We felt really comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.
