My stay at Shangri-La was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable, offering discounts and even sending me a gift. The room on level 27 was stunning, with ample space, natural light, and a breathtaking view. The amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the luxurious bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. The breakfast spread was wide and the concierge service was excellent. Plus, the rooftop pool was a great bonus, and the hotel is conveniently located near Linjiang night market.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Taipei for six nights and had an amazing experience. The cleanliness of the beds was impeccable, with a pleasant smell from the bed blanket and sheet. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The old-fashioned top-notch service and facilities were outstanding. The rooftop pool was a huge plus, and we enjoyed swimming until it closed at 10pm. The room was spacious and well-designed. The nearby Linjiang night market was a must-visit for its fantastic food stalls.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the luxurious and spacious rooms at the hotel. the comfortable bed and fluffy pillows ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Another great aspect was the hotel's key location, which allowed easy access to various attractions and transportation options.

One downside was the strong chemical smell in the room upon arrival. It would have been better if the hotel had had a quicker check-in process, especially considering that we had a small baby with us.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the stunning view of Taipei and the Tower from my spacious room. The AC was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel, providing a serene and quiet environment for a peaceful sleep. The hotel also had several excellent restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options. The WiFi was incredibly fast, which was perfect for my needs, especially when configuring my new Macbook and downloading data from my server. the facilities and amenities provided a top-notch experience.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the rooftop pool that allowed us to cool off and relax after our adventures. The sumptuous buffet breakfast gave us a delicious start to our day, and the helpful staff at the front desk and concierge, particularly Christopher, Jeffrey, and Charlie, made our stay even more memorable. The large and comfortable rooms with amazing views of Taipei 101 made us feel right at home. The access to the Horizon Club was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy afternoon tea and evening drinks in a relaxing lounge.

We booked the suite room during spring festival and it was worth every penny. With our 3-year-old daughter, the extra space was a blessing. The hotel staff were incredibly nice and the access to the club lounge made our stay even more convenient. The breakfast, snacks, and happy hour were all fantastic. The hotel's style and comfortable rooms made it a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The nearby MRT station made getting around the city a breeze.

Situé au centre du village, juste en face du lac, l'auberge offre une vue magnifique depuis ses terrasses et certaines chambres. Le personnel est à l'écoute et l'accueil est impeccable. Les chambres sont propres et comportent le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et servi rapidement. De plus, on peut profiter du parking gratuit et de l'accès direct à la plage depuis l'hôtel.

L'insonorisation laisse à désirer et on peut entendre les bruits des autres chambres ou de la rue environnante à l'intérieur de certaines chambres.
