The hotel had a great vibe and the staff were polite. We were able to check in early with no problem and the room was clean. The breakfast, although short, was delicious and complimentary. The hotel is located in a convenient area with a Dunkin Donuts nearby and a mall across the street. I highly recommend Springhill Suites By Marriott Los Angeles.

The breakfast at the hotel was great and free. , I liked that it was located near a mall and a Dunkin' Donuts. These were some good perks. Another bonus was the helpful and polite morning staff who treated me with respect.

The temperature of the hallway was BRRRbbbb cold! And the parking was not secure at all, which made me feel uneasy.
