During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of this hotel, which made it easy to explore the city. the comfortable bedding provided a great night's sleep, and the free high-speed Wi-Fi kept me connected throughout my visit.

I found the bathroom to be too wet and without proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable to use. the lobby had a strong and unpleasant fragrance that detracted from the otherwise luxurious atmosphere.

The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, lovely shower, and great views. Free rental scooters and bicycles were a bonus. The location was excellent, with the night market right outside and plenty of good local breakfast options nearby. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, particularly the waiter Uode Kuo and the lifeguard.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton in Taitung. The location was perfect, right in the night market area and next to Carrefour. The Alihi breakfast provided us with plenty of delicious options to start our day, and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance. The Sheraton truly exceeded our expectations with its 5-star experience, professional staff, and beautiful executive lounge. Jason, in particular, went above and beyond to cater to our needs as overseas travelers. This hotel will definitely be our top choice for future visits to the area. we had a great stay at this high-end hotel in the heart of Taitung.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury in the heart of downtown. the stylish decor of the lobby and exclusive amenities like a stunning outdoor swimming pool and sauna make it a top-notch destination. the restaurant offers a delicious, overwhelming breakfast loaded with local dishes.

the front office staff immediately rectified the situation but replacing the room took some time as the bed size and setting were different from our original one.
