We found the location to be very convenient, close to attractions in the area. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a luxurious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. We also enjoyed the stunning silver ball display in the foyer.

The staff at one of the restaurants seemed unkind and had a bad attitude.

We were particularly impressed with the health facilities, including the fantastic onsen, plunge pool, and outdoor pool. The lobby entrance with its mesmerizing modern art piece added a touch of elegance to our experience. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to navigate the city, and the breathtaking view of the city from the breakfast area on the 28th floor was a wonderful way to start our day. we had a fantastic stay at Silks Club and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious and indulgent experience from start to finish. My room was equipped with exclusive amenities and the staff provided impeccable service. The outdoor infinity pool overlooking the stunning skyline was a definite highlight, as were the comfortable sun loungers which accompanied it. The spa services I received, including massage and steam room, were some of the best I have ever had, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I also appreciated the delicious meal I had at the on-site restaurant, which boasted fantastic views of the city.

The only minor cons I experienced here were related to the public areas. There were limited leisure/TV spaces to sit and relax with friends, and the bar/lounge area was small.
