We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment in the most affluent neighborhood, which was perfect for our family of four. The location was superb, close to the metro and within walking distance of a mall and grocery store. The apartment had a fantastic view of the Andes, and we enjoyed the balconies and well-equipped kitchen. Having a washing machine and access to Netflix on the TV was a great added bonus. The staff was also very helpful during our stay.

The maintenance of the apartment was lacking, with minor issues such as broken floorboards, cracked tiles, and broken bathroom towel hooks. However, these were relatively minor and didn't greatly affect our overall experience.

Noisy surroundings: The apartment was situated near a busy area, resulting in noise disturbances, especially during the night. Lack of soundproofing: Thin walls allowed noise from neighboring apartments to easily penetrate, causing further disruptions.

It is a shame that communication with the staff was difficult during the stay.

We even found a car rental place just a block away. the neighborhood felt safe and secure. the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, located on the 16th floor. the views of the Andes from the two balconies were breathtaking. With two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, it was perfect for our group. the washing machine was a lifesaver after our long travels. And let's not forget about the strong WiFi and hot water in the showers.
