During our recent stay at Silks Place, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of having Carrefour and a shopping mall right inside the hotel. The spa experience was excellent, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating time. we had a positive experience at Silks Place.

Children's play area was crowded. Complimentary food and drinks provided. Improved kids play facilities. Ample events on rainy days. Upgraded mall with supermarket and convenience stores. Kid-height pools. Smaller, slower cars loved by boys. Good mixture of Western and Taiwanese breakfast. Friendly staff. Child-friendly hotel with attentive staff. Red Lantern Restaurant served excellent duck dish. Car rental available. New cars provided with baby car seats. Convenient transportation.

Location was convenient and easily accessible. the breakfast spread had a lot of options and was quite tasty. the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The staff could have been more attentive to guest needs. the room service was sub-par and the prices were outrageous.

Great improvement to kids play facilities, attentive staff, ample events for kids, upgraded mall with handy convenience stores, child-friendly hotel with fun activities for kids, delicious duck dish at Red Lantern Restaurant.

The exclusive amenities in this hotel were amazing! We enjoyed the Spa and wellness centre that had a great steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. the massage and facial treatment left us feeling rejuvenated. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool was clean, and the sun terrace was the perfect spot to catch some rays.

The location of the hotel was a bit far from town. Although this didn't bother us, we heard some guests complaining about it.
