We stayed at Illume for one night because our flight was cancelled due to a typhoon. Despite not being our usual choice, the hotel surprised us with its convenient location near Songsham airport. The rooms, although a bit old-fashioned, were spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel provided free drinking water, had fast dry cleaning service, free parking, and a convenient store on-site.

I recently stayed at Illume Taipei for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel manager upgraded us to one of the new, renovated rooms, which was spacious and had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the breakfast offered was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Arena and has easy access to MRT stations. There are also plenty of malls, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. I was very satisfied with my stay at Illume Taipei and would definitely stay there again.

I had a great value for my money at Illume. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view. The location was perfect, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes, and it was easy to get around with the MRT station and bus lines nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We attended a concert in Taipei Arena and Illume Taipei was the perfect choice due to its convenient location. It's so close to the concert venue, subway station, and plenty of eateries. Our room was clean, neat, and provided a comfortable night's sleep after the long concert. We only stayed for one night, so unfortunately, we didn't have time to explore the neighborhood, but we would definitely stay at Illume Taipei again. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

stayed in taipei before, but illume pleasantly surprised me. great facilities and buffet, worth the price. staff were friendly and helpful, apart from one incident. overall, comfortable and met expectations.

The staff at Illume Taipei were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, and the elevators were like a fun theme park ride. Our room was spacious and the bed, along with the pillows, was extremely comfortable. We appreciated the proper desk with a good chair, as well as the abundance of USB charging points. Despite the slight humming of the AC, the room was relatively quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The buffet dinner and breakfast provided were delicious, with a great variety of options.

Felt that the hotel was secure and the staff was always willing to assist, nothing was too much trouble.

The executive floor offers a delicious breakfast with freshly made juices and made-to-order coffee. The happy hour on the executive floor provides a great spread of hot food and open bar. The staff is accommodating and made sure there were no nuts in the food for my child. The pool, although in need of updating, is clean and refreshing. The second floor restaurant offers authentic Chinese food that is worth trying. The location is convenient, with a mall and food court nearby. There is a brewery restaurant next door with great western food and fresh tap beer.

Stayed during a typhoon, so I didn't have a choice. Big rooms, though a tad old-fashioned. Breakfast was good, but the real winner was being close to the airport. Perfect for an impromptu getaway!
