T. O. Hotel staff went above and beyond, making me feel truly special. the convenient location with easy access to food and transportation added immense value to my stay. the room, though windowless, provided ample space for solo travelers. the strong water pressure and regular room cleaning were much appreciated.

The reading light at the bed could be improved, as the current options are limited and may not provide sufficient lighting for reading or working.

During my recent stay at T.O. Hotel, I found the location to be extremely convenient. Being close to both the Main Station and Ximen made exploring Taipei a breeze. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The staff were kind and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. One highlight was the breakfast voucher, allowing me to choose from three different vendors, including McCafé and a sandwich shop.

While there were a few minor flaws in the room design, such as limited plugs and lights on only one side of the bed, the overall cleanliness and functionality outweighed these inconveniences.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. the hot water was always hot and they provided free snacks in the lobby. the location is great as it is close to transportation and there are restaurants nearby.

The room design was flawed with only one side of the bed having plugs and lights and the shower head facing the shower door causing bathroom floods. It was difficult to spot the hotel quickly as it had poor outside building entrance signage.

The T.O. Hotel - Taipei Station exceeded my expectations with its great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and good amenities. It was a convenient and comfortable stay.
