The female manager went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We had to check out early and she allowed us to store our bags and use the shower later in the day, all free of charge. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The street market on Saturday was a peaceful and amazing experience.

Perfect location in the heart of the vibrant old city, close to temples and the bustling walking market. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows for a good night's sleep. Welcoming gesture of a fruit plate upon arrival. Clean pool, albeit a bit cold, to relax and cool off. Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially towards children. Great value for money.

Super helpful staff arranged trip to elephant sanctuary, helped with transport. Fab location, lots of restaurants and shops. Nice pool in backyard. No better place to experience charm of old city. Reasonable on the pocket.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the Sunday market within easy reach. it provided great value for money.

Helpful staff, good location with restaurants nearby. Few bars, but easy to find with a taxi or tuk tuk. Plenty of temples to visit. Used a travel agent for excellent trips. Enjoyable night markets on Sunday evening.

Momo Hotel in Chiang Mai exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Por. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and had a modern feel. It offered great value for money. We would highly recommend this centrally located hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
