We had a great experience at Chii Lih Resort. The room we stayed in had a huge hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome and safe throughout our stay. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and new facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for families and couples looking for a delightful getaway.

Spent a magical Christmas at this resort and had a wonderful time. the rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast was amazing, offering both Western and Asian options, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. the location was ideal, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere to relax and unwind, with stunning views of the surrounding nature.

The pool was a bit of a disappointment. Although it looked beautiful, it was not well-maintained, with leaves and bugs floating in it.

Spacious rooms with big showers and good water pressure. Private hot spring bath area with nice view. Large swimming pools available. Snacks, drinks, and water provided upon check-in. Responsive staff. Fabulous and varied breakfast presentation.
