Breakfast satisfactory. Room faced noisy alley but improved last 2 days. Family room with excellent onsen and private bathroom. Clean, 5-star food, reasonable price. Will return. Well-furnished room, good amenities, dirty water at times. Exclusive resort feel, comfy beds. Daily children's activities. New, clean hotel near Taipei, 10-min drive to Kavalan Whisky Distillery. Spacious room, private hot spring, free minibar, Nespresso machine. Considerate lavender balm, fresh food at Seasonal Tastes during Italian Cuisine Festival.

The room had a clean and modern design with a nice view of the surrounding nature. We enjoyed the complimentary minibar and coffee machine. The hotel's private hot spring was a relaxing bonus. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. The location was convenient for a quick weekend getaway, not too far from a popular distillery and with easy parking.

The food options were limited and pricey, and we found ourselves ordering delivery. The shower water pressure was low, and the bedding could have been more comfortable.

Entering the venue, I was awed by the luxurious amenities offered. The private facilities, including the onsen and steam room, were exclusive and fulfilled my relaxation needs. The open-air bath overlooked the garden area, creating a serene atmosphere. Although the karaoke closed early, the entertainment area provided excellent recreation.

The hotel failed to meet my expectations in one minor way. The bar/lounge area lacked a variety of drinks, limiting my options.

I had a wonderful stay at Westin. The room was well furnished with great amenities. The personal hot spring baths in the room were a delightful touch. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The hotel had a nice resort feel with a low number of rooms, providing sufficient privacy. The staff, particularly Eddie the guest concierge, spoke good English and provided helpful information. The food at the hotel was excellent. I had a fantastic experience at Westin and would recommend it.
