The newly built hotel with stunning views, spacious modern rooms, and friendly staff made our stay at Johari Rotana in Dar es Salaam truly memorable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and not to be missed, and the staff, especially Baraka, went above and beyond to make our logistics smooth. The comfortable bed and clean, spacious bathroom added to the overall satisfaction of our stay.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help, making us feel at home. Additionally, the hotel did not feel crowded, which allowed us to have a relaxing time by the pool and at the well-stocked bar with live entertainment.

We experienced a slightly less efficient service when ordering in the restaurant, leading to a miscommunication with our order. However, it was only a minor issue that did not take away from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

We had issues with the restaurant service, where we were asked multiple times about our food preferences by different people, and the service was very sales-oriented. the toilet buttons were not working properly, and nobody addressed the issue.
