This place is located in the downtown area within an easy walk to several good restaurants. The staff here is friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the bar/lounge area is a great place to relax. The fitness studio is well-equipped and the outdoor swimming pool is a nice bonus.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with shops and amenities just a block away. the event staff for the Christmas party was nice, and the hotel was clean throughout. It was also great to have a Starbucks on the property.

There were some disappointing aspects of my stay. the lack of hand soap, lotion, and other bathroom amenities was frustrating, as I was told they hadn't been delivered.

The location was excellent for families with children as there were many restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed walking to a great Italian restaurant nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfy beds and smart TVs. The breakfast was great with nice staff. The hotel had a lively bar area in the evenings, and the parking was convenient with the underground parking area.

The noise level from other guests in the hallways could be heard inside the room which disturbed our children's sleep.

Location is central with a variety of food and downtown options nearby. Enjoyable stay overall!

Additionally, the on-site bar was a nice place to unwind and enjoy after-work activities, with people socializing and playing pool in the lobby area.
