The indoor pool was nice and warm, making swimming fun for the kids. The shower pressure was really weak, which was disappointing. They have a koi pond that adds a unique touch, but housekeeping could use a little more attention. Breakfast options were decent but could improve.

The koi pond is a nice touch and kids loved it. The hotel is outdated and cleanliness is a concern. Walls are thin; you can hear everything from neighboring rooms.

my friend and i had a romantic stay at a cozy inn in lebanon. fireside inn & suites west exceeded our expectations with their amazing breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location near shops and restaurants. it was a delightful experience!

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and we loved that the pool and spa have aquatic access chairs for differently abled people. Although the rooms could use an update and the walls were thin, the overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely stay at Fireside Inn & Suites West again. highly recommended.

I like that this place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful, from the front desk to the waitstaff at breakfast. The breakfast had plenty of options for all diets and it was served on proper china with real cutlery. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities I needed including heating, air conditioning and ironing facilities.

I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and facilities.

Good location for shops and restaurants, and close to the airport with free shuttle service. Complimentary breakfast included and pool available. Helpful and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Would recommend for value and convenience. 😃

Lobby and restaurant have cozy couches and a huge fireplace. Dining area has nicely lit trees at night. There's a bar on the side. Breakfast served was delicious. Rooms are typical but slightly outdated. Bathroom is very small. Pool is decent with warm water. Convenient location off the highway. Friendly staff.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms with 2 Queen beds, a fireplace and a massage chair were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was varied with good options. Lobby provided a cozy reading space. A/C functioned well. Vegan choices were limited. Friendly staff. Convenient location.
