The lobby and restaurant have couches and a fireplace. The dining area is lit up at night. There's a bar. Breakfast is good. The room is typical but a bit dated. The bathroom is small. The pool is decent and warm. The location is convenient. Staff is friendly.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and we loved that the pool and spa have aquatic access chairs for differently abled people. Although the rooms could use an update and the walls were thin, the overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely stay at Fireside Inn & Suites West again. highly recommended.

I like that this place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful, from the front desk to the waitstaff at breakfast. The breakfast had plenty of options for all diets and it was served on proper china with real cutlery. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities I needed including heating, air conditioning and ironing facilities.

I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service and facilities.

We were looking for a convenient hotel near the highway for a family visit and were pleasantly surprised by Fireside Inn & Suites West. The hotel's hidden location off the main road gave it a sense of exclusivity. As soon as we walked through the front door, we were blown away by the grand fireplace, Koi pond, and the beautiful dining area with high ceilings and ambient lighting. The pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor patio with fire pits were clean and inviting. Keith at the front desk was a standout with his amazing people skills and helpful demeanor. The cozy lodge-like atmosphere and well-decorated common areas, complete with a complimentary coffee bar, added to the overall comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the TV in the rooms was exceptional. Rooms were spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the free breakfast in the nice restaurant area every morning.

I recently stayed at Fireside Inn & Suites West for a few nights and I couldn't be happier! The room had excellent drapes that blocked out all the light, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The added bonus of having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was so convenient. I also appreciated the ample drawer space and the card entry system. The hotel's location, right off the highway, was perfect for accessing various facilities in the area. The amenities, including the pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and breakfast.

We had a blast staying at this hotel! The lobby was cozy, with a big fireplace and comfy chairs. The rooms were nice and the beds were super comfortable. The AC kept us cool throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the fluffy eggs. We loved the pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing. The hotel also had a lending library, a small gift shop, and even personal laundry facilities. The location was great, with easy access to the highway and plenty of quick dining options nearby.

Located in an expensive area with high-end hotels, this hotel provides affordable comfort and convenience. Surprisingly quiet, we enjoyed having the restaurant to ourselves for dinner and the nearby pub was a bonus. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom functional, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was decent and fueled us up for the day. The cozy lodge-like atmosphere made us feel right at home.

The indoor pool's cold water was a little disappointing.
