This hotel exceeded our expectations with its friendly staff, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially our 8-year-old granddaughter. The junior suite was well-appointed with plenty of storage space. The food offered a nice mix of local and international options at fair prices. The highlight was definitely the fabulous sunsets we enjoyed from our balcony.

Amazing beachfront hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent facilities. The view from our room overlooking the beach was breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was good, although the service could be improved. The hotel is conveniently located near Stone Town, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Zanzibar.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, making beautiful use of the space. The friendly staff always had a smile and a greeting, lifting our spirits. The suite upgrade was indulgent and perfect for a family with kids. The room had everything we needed, including comfy couches, TVs, water, and fruit. The buffet breakfast had a nice selection of local food and the usual cereals, eggs, sausages, and bacon. The pool was stunning and a great place to watch the sunset. The spa experience was rejuvenating, thanks to the talented therapist.

My recent stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely wonderful. I stayed at the hotel for three nights during my vacation in Stone Town. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, especially Mr. Bakari, who went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and equipped with fantastic bath and shower facilities. The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect, and the sea view from the rooms was breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and I highly recommend the breakfast spread. The hospitality and service at Park Hyatt were truly unmatched, and I can't wait to visit again in the future.

We recently had a romantic escape and we loved the beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and great views. the bathroom products were of good quality and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. the location of the hotel was ideal, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of fresh goodies.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the dinner choices were limited and quite expensive compared to other resorts/hotels in the area.

The staff are excellent, especially Mr. Fauz who made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast options are excellent and the location is the best. The room is spacious and the hotel offers state-of-the-art facilities.

I had the pleasure of staying at a stunning hotel in Stone Town. The architecture and design were truly impressive, showcasing a perfect blend of modern and traditional elements. The location was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding ocean and the famous Dhow boat passing by. The infinity pool was a highlight, providing a magical spot for sundowners. The guest relations staff, Natasha and Lulu, were incredibly helpful in making our stay enjoyable and assisting us in exploring the island.

While the hotel offered a generally pleasant experience, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The breakfast was bland and lacked excitement, not meeting the standards one would expect from a 5-star hotel.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, the beautiful pool area, and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the historic center and provided easy access to other areas of the city. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to Stone Town and the beach. The deluxe twin room is spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The daily cleaning service ensures a fresh and tidy room. The hotel staff, especially Grace from guest services, provide excellent assistance and attention to detail. The breakfast offered is delicious, and the balcony offers a beautiful view.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling enough, and the hotel didn't respond to my request to adjust the temperature. However, overall, I felt truly looked after and have no other complaints.
