The location of the resort was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a stunning view from the balcony.

The resort is in a great location with beautiful landscape design and a huge, clean pool. the variety of food was really nice and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. the local alcoholic drinks were also a plus, especially the cocktails.

The sea side beach in low tide time was not ideal with thousands of sea urchins and poor shower drainage. There were also multiple maintenance issues such as non-functioning hot water and locking doors that should have been addressed before guests arrived.

Amazing pool and clean beach. Great food variety. Fantastic rooms and bathrooms. Excellent AC, water pressure, and temperature. Lovely staff. Enjoyable full moon show.

During my stay at this resort, I experienced a minor inconvenience with the hot water in my room. However, the maintenance team promptly addressed the issue and ensured that I was moved to a new room where everything was functioning perfectly. The staff members were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Additionally, I was impressed by the beautiful landscape design, which featured lush gardens, palm trees, and even a grand set of stairs leading to the swimming pool bar. The resort's all-inclusive package offered a variety of fresh and tasty food options, including seafood and meat dishes, along with local alcoholic drinks. The presence of a trip agency on site made it convenient to arrange airport transfers, taxis, and excursions. despite a few minor glitches, I had a wonderful experience at this new resort, and I would recommend it to others.

Arriving at this venue, I was immediately struck by its luxurious outdoor swimming pool and the beautiful garden area. the beach access and the sun loungers were exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. the private facilities were exclusive and really added to the comfort of my stay. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch and offered some of the best food and drinks I've ever had while on vacation. the service was excellent, and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

the air conditioning was not as effective as I would have liked, but this was a small inconvenience compared to everything else this hotel had to offer.
