The service from the staff was inconsistent, with some employees showing attitude and being slow to assist. the quality of the food was not up to par, especially considering the high cost of the trip.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed the great complementary facts offered by this resort. the widespread property and the diverse restaurant options definitely made me feel I had my money's worth. I also loved the location, which was close to many shops and activities, making it easy to plan my days. the icing on the cake was the variety of water sporting activities; I had so much fun snorkeling and paddleboarding.

I had some unpleasant experiences at this resort. the staff struggled with communicating in English, leading to misunderstandings with some of my orders.

Amazing beach, excellent food options, well-maintained premises with beautiful pools. Plenty of activities available for a two-week stay. Quiet and spacious rooms, some with balconies offering pool/palm views. Efficient service and a relaxing vacation experience.

The hotel exceeded my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities from the spa and wellness centre, to the outdoor pool, and even the private facilities. the staff provided excellent service and live entertainment, making my stay unforgettable. the scenic sun terrace and garden area, along with the beach access and the refreshing pool with view, were breathtaking.

Despite the hotel's numerous positive aspects, there was one minor issue with the room's air conditioner, which made it difficult to maintain an ideal temperature. this did not overshadow the fantastic experience of the poolside snack bar, the delicious restaurant, and the picnic area with tables.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with the other villages located right on the beach, offering easy access to the beautiful sands and crystal-clear waters. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from, ensuring a great dining experience. In the Caribbean area, the rooms are nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

Some staff members seemed disconnected and were not as attentive as expected.

As adventure travelers, we loved the expansive property with its beautiful beaches and water. The water park and lazy river were a great addition, and we enjoyed the included activities like snorkeling and paddleboarding. The staff were fantastic, particularly at the Italian, French, and British pub restaurants, and we felt well taken care of with a staff of 1,800. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the drinks were excellent. the property was impeccably maintained and the location was amazing.
