The room was so cozy and had everything I needed. The 24-hour room service was a game-changer.

The air conditioning was a bit loud, but some people might not mind.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service from the moment we checked in. They even went above and beyond by signing a birthday card for our 5-year-old and placing it in our room. The hotel's location to events was also ideal, making it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area.

I recently stayed at the Gaylord in Aurora for a weekend getaway. The hotel was grand, with spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom amenities were also nice. The staff members were excellent and super helpful, especially the ones who kept my husband calm during a security incident. I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk gentleman who comped our self-parking fee. The outdoor heated pool was a fun experience, particularly with the cold temperatures. The retail shop had a beautiful selection, and there were plenty of activities for kids, including a basketball court and putt-putt course. it was an enjoyable stay.
