My family and I stayed at Harrah'S Cherokee Casino Resort for one night during our road trip. the new tower rooms were immaculate and quiet, perfect for bringing along our dog. the easy check-in process, fast elevators, and proximity of our rooms were convenient. We enjoyed a top-notch dining experience at Brio Tuscan Grill and appreciated the grab-and-go Starbucks at checkout for a quick caffeine fix.

We were surprised by how well the staff ensured everything was clean. the hotel facilities were top-notch. the parking was convenient, and the location outside of the casino was beautiful with a mountain stream. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.

The complimentary breakfast and shuttle service were a convenient touch for a busy Thanksgiving weekend. the hotel's location offered beautiful scenic views with plenty of outdoor activities to participate in. the staff was pleasant and helpful in their interactions with guests.

Even though the hotel offered a lot of amenities, some of them were clearly outdated. the rooms were in need of some updates as well as the common areas.
