We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with direct access to an excellent beach. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel like valued guests. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beachfront access. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with stunning views. The hotel also offered great services like a shuttle service, bike hire, and a fitness centre. we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The resort is gorgeous, with top-notch service and impeccable care. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach and pool are easily accessible. The rooms are great and well-equipped. There are good restaurants nearby.

Complimentary welcome drinks were nice and location was great for exploring the city! The room was spacious and had a view of the city skyline, which we enjoyed waking up to in the morning.

The lack of amenities in the room was frustrating. There were no extra towels, blankets, or toiletries, and we had to repeatedly ask for them from housekeeping.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the shopping area and within walking distance to a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen and a welcoming rum punch upon arrival. The lack of communication and coordination between Bianca Sands and Regent Grand caused confusion and inconvenience during check-in and throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Bianca Sands On. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach. The condo-type accommodations were spacious and well-equipped. The staff at the Bianca Sands office were extremely friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed playing tennis on the on-site courts. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious beach escape.

The room had everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff, especially Sean and Randolph, were excellent. The pool was amazing and had easy access to the beach. The broken washing machine was replaced quickly. We had a great stay.
