I recently stayed at Regent Grand for a week-long vacation. the central location was ideal, within walking distance to grocery stores and local restaurants. the villa-style resort was the perfect size, offering a sense of exclusivity. the ocean view unit provided stunning, unobstructed views. the property's beauty and access to the beach were unparalleled. the staff, particularly John, Randal, and Lorraine, were incredibly attentive and welcoming. the tranquility, privacy, and intimate atmosphere made it perfect for a couple's getaway. The small bar by the pool was a nice touch. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The resort is gorgeous, with top-notch service and impeccable care. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach and pool are easily accessible. The rooms are great and well-equipped. There are good restaurants nearby.

Complimentary welcome drinks were nice and location was great for exploring the city! the room was spacious and had a view of the city skyline, which we enjoyed waking up to in the morning.

There were no extra towels, blankets, or toiletries, and we had to repeatedly ask for them from housekeeping. the check-in process was disorganized and unhelpful, making us feel like we were not valued guests.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the shopping area and within walking distance to a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen and a welcoming rum punch upon arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for taxis and making us feel safe during our stay.

The lack of communication and coordination between Bianca Sands and Regent Grand caused confusion and inconvenience during check-in and throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Bianca Sands On. The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach. The condo-type accommodations were spacious and well-equipped. The staff at the Bianca Sands office were extremely friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed playing tennis on the on-site courts. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious beach escape.

The room had everything we needed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff, especially Sean and Randolph, were excellent. The pool was amazing and had easy access to the beach. The broken washing machine was replaced quickly. We had a great stay.
