I had the best stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with pristine rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to a beautiful beach and just a short walk to Coco Bistro, an outdoor restaurant surrounded by majestic palm trees that are lit up at night.

The staff were friendly and the property had a gorgeous beach. The garden atmosphere and pools were cozy and beautiful. The room was lovely with a quiet air conditioner and comfortable bed. The landscaping was well maintained and there were multiple pools on the property. Having a restaurant on site was convenient.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful resort. The grounds were spectacular, with lovely flowers and shrubs everywhere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location on the beach was perfect. The staff, from the bartenders to the beach guys to the gardeners, were all friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the rooms and the thorough maid service were impressive. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious and satisfying.

Easy beach access via a nearby walkway with pristine white sand and clear, colorful water. Multiple pools and an onsite restaurant were convenient amenities. Spacious suites with comfortable beds and quiet air conditioning.

Great Experience

The room was spacious with beautiful furniture and decorations. The balcony was roomy and the kitchen amenities were great. We enjoyed the close proximity to Grace Bay beach, just a two-minute walk away. The garden atmosphere with winding pools was cozy and picturesque, and we loved the new blue tile. The open-air restaurant by the pool was lovely, and the room itself was stunning with a whisper-quiet air conditioner and a super comfortable bed. This was our second visit and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

Our stay at Royal West Indies was incredible! The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning ocean views from our balcony. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking. the maid service was also excellent, keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. Additionally, the well-maintained pools and beautiful landscaping added to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

One downside was that the beach was quite crowded, making it difficult to find available chairs and umbrellas. Another issue was the limited selection of amenities provided by the hotel.

Everything is what I need and want.

The location was also great, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the nearby attractions. Plus, the ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the towels provided were rough and not fluffy at all, and the toilet paper was cheap and thin.

Stayed here for 4 nights in late February and had a fantastic time. the lush and well, maintained property exceeded our expectations. the staff were friendly and helpful. the studio with a balcony and garden view was perfect. Spent a lot of time on the beautiful beach sipping drinks from the convenient on, site restaurant.

The food at the restaurant was hit or miss, and the drinks were awful. the bartender seemed inexperienced or lacking ingredients.

It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun during Christmas. the location of the hotel was great, being close to many amazing restaurants and offering easy access to various amenities. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
