Our stay at All New Grace Bay Suites was fantastic! The location was perfect as it was close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. We loved the breakfast options from the different restaurants nearby. we would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays.

This hotel is located in a neighborhood that is tourist-friendly and provides easy access to local amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with great furniture. Additionally, there's a friendly staff, and the housekeeping is fantastic.

The hotel's breakfast arrangement needs improvement as the vouchers are not sufficient to cover a full meal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. the location was excellent. It was right in the heart of town with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service, offering recommendations and helping with any queries. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with good lighting and all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also provided vouchers for dining at local restaurants, which was a nice touch.

Honestly, there wasn't anything that I felt could be improved. Everything was perfect.

We spent our thanksgiving at this hotel and we were positively surprised by the complimentary bottle of wine and fresh fruits in our room upon arrival. the location was great, just a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We also loved the fact that the room had big windows that offered beautiful views of the pool.

Our room was not soundproof at all, we could hear our upstairs neighbours in the middle of the night, and the amenities were of low quality. the price for value was not great, the room should have been priced lower.

As young families, we absolutely loved the engaging and delightful staff at this completely refurbished hotel. The service was impeccable, and they were always ready to fulfill any request. It felt like being part of a big family. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the shoreline of the most exciting beach we've ever seen. The hotel's balconies and ambiance were wonderful, and it was easy to access restaurants and a grocery store. The clean pool and grounds added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Shay Cafe provided a delicious breakfast, and we appreciated the vouchers for dining at popular nearby restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at the All New Grace Bay Suites. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the great shops and restaurants in the area. The newly renovated furniture and brand new patio furniture added a touch of luxury to our stay. We also appreciated the abundance of plugs/outlets and the convenience of having a Roku TV. it was a great budget-friendly option with a lot to offer.
