The hotel is conveniently located near the walking street, Pattaya beach, bars, and restaurants. One guest mentioned that the Maya bar, located right next to the hotel, is amazing. The staff members are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with separate beds that provide privacy thanks to the curtains. The dorms are locked, and each guest has their own key, ensuring security. The large lockers are useful for storing belongings, and the bathrooms are sufficient for a shared space.

The WiFi connection at the hotel is extremely poor and unreliable, making it difficult for digital nomads or travelers who need to book future accommodations or make travel arrangements.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, always there to answer my questions and even helped me book a boat tour. The place was kept impeccably clean, with the staff constantly sweeping up sand. The shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the bed and linens were spotless. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Walking Street and all the attractions. Plus, the hotel had great facilities, such as free tea and biscuits in the common area.

Loved the cozy dorm cocoon with privacy curtains and sockets near bed. Clean bathrooms, yôga mattresses in hall, and super friendly manager Oat. 5-star treatment in a shared dorm, with delicious dinner cooked by locals for a reasonable price.

Freezing cold air-conditioning in the dorm. Imagine asking for extra blankets and actually getting them!

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the boat drop off and close to the main road. The beds are spacious and comfortable, and the entire hotel is kept clean. The bathrooms are well-maintained and provide necessary amenities such as toilet paper and shower gel. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and water in the main lobby, and there is also a supermarket nearby for any convenience needs.

Some staff members seemed unhappy and distant, which slightly affected the overall experience.

We had a great stay at A Plus. Its location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main beaches, restaurants, and bars. Despite being in the heart of the action, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The hostel provided comfortable beds with their own privacy curtains, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The water pressure in the showers was also great. Additionally, the common area was cozy and had free coffee and biscuits, as well as a variety of books and DVDs. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
