The level of service at Muu exceeded our expectations. We had a sick family member and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with extending our stay and providing late check-out. They even brought our breakfast to our room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was the most comfortable we've slept in. The hotel's location was convenient, with a nearby mall and 24-hour supermarket. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

Brilliant staff. Early check-in, free coffee and water. Recently refurbished, massive, tastefully decorated room. Fun water taxi ride to center. Fantastic wine bar and other bars nearby. Shopping center with 24-hour supermarket. Great gym, pool, and jacuzzi. Perfect end to trip.

The poolsuite area was great, with its convenient location just a short walk away from the next BTS station. And if you wanted to explore the city, the railway was right there, ready to take you into the shopping malls downtown. Plus, the Skytrain was easily accessible, making it super convenient to get around. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and helpful doormen who went the extra mile. the stay was satisfactory.

The breakfast buffet had limited choices and the waitresses were not very professional.

We had the most amazing stay at a small and sophisticated hotel in Bangkok. the hotel staff, including Mon, Beam, Teay, Cream, and Ninee. the rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, especially the two-bedroom suite. the outdoor lounge and pool area on the 11th floor were relaxing and well-maintained. the Italian restaurant on the premises was fabulous. the entire ambiance and mood of the hotel were set by the outstanding staff, who made us feel like we were their top priority. We can't recommend this hotel enough.

The Muu Bangkok Hotel is a great choice for any traveler. The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The hotel provides excellent services and facilities, making your stay enjoyable. You'll have a memorable time during your birthday or anniversary holiday with their top-notch hospitality.

Felt more than at home, no complaint.

Free snacks and drinks in the room are great after a long flight. the location is good for business purposes with many office buildings nearby, including one I was visiting. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The breakfast options were very limited and not of good quality. the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy and hard to control, resulting in a poor night's sleep.

The exclusive amenities and service provided by this hotel are remarkable. the Spa centre with full body massage and sauna helped to create a relaxing environment, and the luxurious swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas was perfect for getting a tan. the restaurant served delicious food with a range of special diet menus available, and the bar/lounge area had an excellent selection of drinks. the room advantages were impressive, with high-quality furnishings and a sun terrace providing a fantastic view of the city skyline.

The only minor downside was the noise level from outside the hotel, but the comfortable bed made it easy to drift off. the location was convenient, with easy access to the BTS station and many restaurants in the area, but the surrounding trendy neighborhood was quite expensive.

Loved lounging by the pool at Otto Pool Bar, sipping top notch drinks while overlooking the city. Bangkok's mix of heritage and contemporary development was captured perfectly at akyra Thonglor Bangkok. Had a blast exploring Thailand on the sightseeing tours offered by the hotel.

Only downside? Air conditioning that couldn't make up its mind - had me guessing whether I needed a coat or a fan!
