We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the comfortable bed, the perfect location right by the Rhine river with wonderful views, and the excellent staff. We also loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and the delicious breakfast.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency in Mainz. The hotel's location right on the river Rhine provided stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The lobby, bar, and restaurant were all impressive, offering a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy a drink or meal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience celebrating my husband's birthday at this luxurious hotel.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the need for room renovation and the lack of a shoehorn and pet amenities, these did not significantly impact our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the beautiful Rhine river. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a breathtaking view of the Rhine. I especially enjoyed the TV set up with multiple English channels. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the service at the bar was excellent. The hotel also had a great breakfast and a supermarket nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and conveniently located stay.

The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, and the lobby lounge was a great spot to relax. The gym and pool had generous opening hours, and the pool was large and warm. The hotel also had secure underground parking, which was convenient. I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Mainz and would highly recommend it.

I was delighted to arrive at this hotel after a long haul flight from Australia. The location is superb, with the hotel being close to the city center and situated at the beautiful River Rhine. The short walk into the old town was a convenient and enjoyable way to explore the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities, including the spa, gym, and pool. The staff was exceptional, with a professional and helpful attitude. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The reception lady arranged an early check-in and a room change. The pool facilities were enjoyable with sauna and jacuzzi. The location was central, near shops and a beautiful old center. The staff, especially Natalia and Jessica, provided excellent assistance for a pleasant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional design and atmosphere of the hotel. The modern, glass-walled reception area created a unique and spacious feel. The breakfast, with its delicious scrambled eggs cooked to order, was superb. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the ferry and the town center.

I had a great value for my money at the hotel. The room was cozy and had a fantastic view of the river Rhein. The location was perfect, right on the vibrant river walk, and the staff, especially Ms. Ilaria, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

One thing that could make the breakfast better is to offer more vegetarian options.

Very comfortable beds. Very nice, clean, and modern rooms and shower/bathroom, with good towels and bath products. Quiet. Superb breakfast in a gorgeous dining room that overlooks the river. Extremely nice staff who were helpful, welcoming, and attentive.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the stunning modern architecture and the hotel's convenient location near the river-front walks and city sights. The service at the front office and restaurants was excellent, and the rooms and bathrooms were top-notch.

As youngsters, we loved the modern facilities and beautiful lobby of this hotel. The friendly staff and excellent restaurants, including a patio seating area along the Rhine, were a highlight. The hotel also had comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. The pool was large and warm, perfect for swimming or using the swimming jet. The location was minutes from the train station and directly on the vibrant Rhine river walk.

As avid bike riders, we loved the convenient parking facility under the hotel, allowing us to securely store our packed car without any worries. The staff at the reception desk, lobby, and restaurant were exceptional - proactive, friendly, and created a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and boasted comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the coffee was fantastic. Located by the river, we enjoyed taking a brisk walk to start our day and found it within walking distance to the city center. it was a perfect stay and we return here at least once or twice a year.

The spa area was small but absolutely lovely, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The free fruit and water in the room were a nice touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the impressive view of the river from my room. The rain shower in the bathroom added to the luxurious experience.
