The hotel had a fantastic pool area with stunning views of the sea. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. the hotel also offered a convenient shuttle bus service, which made getting around the area a breeze. Additionally, the lunch options at the hotel were delicious and enjoyable.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room was not ready when we arrived, causing a delay in our check-in.

I stayed at Andaman Cannacia for a week and it was the perfect getaway. The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to assist. The courtesy bus was a great perk, taking us down to town instead of getting a taxi. The pool area was well-maintained and a very relaxing space. The spa massages were outstanding, worth the slightly higher price for the convenience. The room had amazing views and checking in was a breeze. Special mention to Michelle, who went above and beyond to help guests.

We had an amazing view from our room at Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa. The sunsets were breathtaking and made our stay truly memorable. The spacious and modern rooms were clean and comfortable, with a sitting area adjacent to the balcony doors. The pool area also offered fantastic views and a relaxing atmosphere. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. the breakfast included a wide range of international and local dishes that were all delicious. the service was impeccable, and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, which had an outdoor swimming pool and massage services that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the location also provided stunning views of the ocean from the sun terrace and sun loungers.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in one of our rooms initially did not work. this was quickly rectified by the efficient staff.

The view from our third floor ocean view room was absolutely jaw-dropping. The grounds and pool area were meticulously maintained and stunning. Our son loved the small workout room and the generous buffet breakfast was a super hit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kata beach.

The value for money at this resort was excellent, especially with the included breakfast. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and newly renovated, with a breathtaking view of the mountains and sea. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing great hospitality throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a greater variety of cheese options.

Liked everything.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a great time at this hotel. We loved the beautiful view from the hotel, overlooking the beach. It was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects that we encountered. the cleanliness of the hotel was questionable.

Our stay at Andaman Cannacia Resort & Spa - Sha Extra Plus was absolutely incredible! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel is like a paradise with stunning views of the ocean and lush green mountains. The food at the restaurant was fresh and delicious, with many ingredients grown on the property. The pool area was amazing, with shaded sunbeds and a beautiful water feature. We also loved the convenience of the private staircase to the shops and beach, or the free shuttle provided by the hotel. We can't wait to come back next year!

I had a fantastic stay at this resort! The swimming pool was very nice, and the room was big and luxurious with a stunning view of the sea. I loved having a comfy day-bed on the balcony and a drying rack for my clothes. The hotel provided a shuttle bus between the beach and the resort, and there was also a pathway for a safe walk down to the beach. The light switches had figures on them, which made them easy to understand. I appreciated the beach bag with towels that I could swap at the reception and bring to the pool or beach. The welcome drink and vouchers for discounts at the restaurant were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and the pools were big and clean. The balconies had great views as well.

Everything was what I needed and wanted.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated on a hill with an amazing view of the beautiful beach. Although it can be tiring to walk up and down the hill, there is a regular shuttle service available for those who prefer not to walk. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay for our family. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the good breakfast selection and the relaxing atmosphere by the swimming pool.

One downside was that the portion size of the surf and turf night dinner was small, which left us wanting more.
