Value for the money was great, the room was big, comfortable, clean, and nicely designed. The location was convenient with easy access to bars and restaurants in West Hollywood, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could be improved to make it more comfortable for guests.

I recently stayed at the Montrose in LA for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff, from the valets to the management, were amazing and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Aaron Diaz went above and beyond to accommodate my extended stay, keeping me in the same cozy room. The hotel is located in a great residential area, equidistant from the Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Boulevard, offering plenty of dining, clubbing, and music venues. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop is truly stunning when the weather is nice.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from Marcus to Arlene, were incredibly accommodating and addressed any issues that arose. The hotel itself was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The location was ideal for exploring by foot and using Uber to get around quickly. Situated just outside of the busy city center, it provided a calm and peaceful environment. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location between Hollywood and Beverly Hills made it easy to visit both areas.

I recently had a business trip and stayed at a hotel in West Hollywood. the hotel had a charming boutique vibe with friendly staff. the room was great and had good amenities. the neighborhood was quiet, which was nice for a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was also a key factor for me as it was within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. This made it convenient for grabbing dinner or drinks after a long day of work. I had a great stay at this hotel.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about the hotel. the walls between rooms were quite thin, so I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

Our room was lovely and spacious, and it was cleaned every day. The hotel had great amenities like a pool, hot tub, tennis court, and a rooftop restaurant with a view of the city. it was a great experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a sought after neighborhood on a hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The staff here were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service, from the valets to the management who took care of our reservation. The hotel had a lovely outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The rooftop pool also provided stunning views of the surrounding area. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Convenient location near Norma Triangle. Easy access to local buses for Beverly Centre. Close to Santa Monica Boulevard with grocery stores. Accommodating staff resolved any issues. Short taxi ride from LAX.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to rectify any issues we had. The manager even upgraded us to a beautiful suite and sent a lovely wine and cheese platter to our room. The location was fantastic, being in a peaceful neighborhood yet still within walking distance of West Hollywood restaurants and attractions. The valet service was quick and seamless, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

Spacious and stylish superior suite with cozy fireplace, big TV, and ample blackout curtains. Refillable toiletries and kitchenette available with utensils upon request. Friendly and helpful staff with efficient check-in process.

Great location and spacious suites. We loved the pool and the rooftop bar with amazing views. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when we needed extra towels. Overall I recommend Montrose for a great stay in the heart of the city.
