Wonderful staff and a lovely room with a beautiful bathtub. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, going out of their way to assist us. The room was spacious and had great amenities. Although the food options were limited, the breakfast and bar snacks were satisfactory. Despite some minor inconveniences like a stuck TV channel and a lack of an iron, I highly recommend Episode Hsinchu, A Jdv By Hyatt Hotel. it was a perfect, relaxing, and memorable stay.
