I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff were extremely friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel's location in the prime Silom area was perfect, as it was close to the underground station and within walking distance of tourist attractions. The breakfast, though not a buffet, was delicious and delivered to my room each morning. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff made my stay a memorable one.

The Artino Hotel - Sha Extra Plus was a great find for our family stay in Bangkok. The clean and comfortable rooms provided excellent value in a central location. The staff were friendly and even gave us a Christmas gift. We loved the privacy of having the bathroom separated behind the bed. The location was fantastic, being central but not noisy. We also appreciated the convenient buttons inside the room for requesting cleaning or indicating "Do not disturb.

The room lacked storage space which could be an issue for someone travelling with lots of luggage. the air conditioning was not working properly and it was quite warm in the room.

Great location in Silom central, close to train stations and markets. Cook-to-order eggs for a good breakfast. Ample USB and electrical sockets. Friendly and cheerful staff. Welcome chilled fruit juices on arrival. Very reasonable rates

Guests can enjoy a stroll down Convent Rd, where they will find numerous restaurants and street food vendors. Additionally, there are food markets nearby, such as Silom Square market, offering a wide range of local delicacies.

One downside is that the rooms are not tidied up daily and basic amenities, like coffee and shampoo, are not provided unless requested.
