The location of the resort is ideal, situated right on the main beach road, away from the noise but still within walking distance to everything. It is also conveniently near to the beach, allowing guests to easily enjoy the sun and sand. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provide excellent service, always polite and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The resort also has a beautiful pool and a lovely garden, creating a tranquil atmosphere.

The WiFi connection in the rooms is quite poor.

The location was fantastic, with a walking distance to Bangla Road and a seafront view. The room had a spacious balcony, and the proximity to the beach, 7/11, and Family Mart was convenient. The resort was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The room had great amenities and a good-sized bathroom.

I had a great experience staying at this resort for 5 days. The location is excellent, right across the street from Patong Beach. The area is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. I stayed in a clean and comfortable superior room with pool access. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout my stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel is conveniently located next to a supermarket, laundry, and tour kiosks. it's an economical stay with all the basic amenities one needs.

The location of this hotel was excellent, as we were able to walk to many nearby restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach within just a few minutes. The staff, particularly the front office staff, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Despite the hotel being a bit tired and dated, it was kept clean and well-maintained. The value for money was great, and I would happily recommend this hotel for a stay.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices for a beachfront location. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The rooms, which come with lovely balconies, are clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning system works wonderfully, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the heat.

Staying at a hotel just outside the center of Patong Beach, Baan Boa Resort provided excellent service and clean rooms with all the necessary luxuries. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and in a quiet area. We loved the beautiful pool, where we could relax and enjoy drinks from the bar. The bed in our room was huge and extremely comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had a convenient on-site restaurant serving delicious food and a small shop with souvenirs. The pool on the top floor was just as amazing as the pictures on the website. The availability of fast Wi-Fi made it even better.

We had a great time during our thanksgiving vacation at a beachfront hotel. the staff was really friendly, always with a smile and ready to help. the tourist desk was efficient in organizing our day trips and scooter rentals. the pool was great and the air conditioning worked perfectly fine.

The breakfast was not up to our expectation. Options were quite limited, and the food was not very fresh.

I had a fantastic stay at Baan Boa Resort. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The location was perfect, situated at the quieter end of the area with beautiful beach views from my room's nice big balcony. There were also great restaurants nearby, including one right next door, and a convenience store within easy walking distance. Getting around was a breeze thanks to the convenient transport options available.
