We absolutely loved the variety of breakfast options, including Thai, Western, and some Japanese dishes. The hotel facilities were like a paradise for kids, and the Japanese food served at the restaurant was surprisingly good. The room was tidy and the bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Ofuro was a relaxing experience. The hotel also provided convenient services for guests without cars.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect, right by the sea with a beautiful sandy beach just steps away. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided great service and the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options. The hotel also had fantastic facilities like a fitness center with top-notch treadmills and a sauna room. It was a truly enjoyable stay!

The WiFi was down for a short period of time, but it was quickly resolved.

I had a great stay at a hidden gem in Thailand's countryside, a wonderful place called Balcony Seaside. The hotel offers clean and new fully equipped apartments, perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay. The shuttle vans provided easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas. I highly recommend exploring the nearby island, Ko Sichang, and visiting the tranquil Wat Pa Ampawan temple. I had a fantastic experience at Balcony Seaside and would definitely recommend it to others.

We spent the New Year at this resort and there were two complementary facts that we appreciated: free parking, and free Wi-Fi. The resort was located in a peaceful spot, surrounded by nature, and this allowed us to have a relaxing time. One of the best aspects of the resort was that our room had a beautiful view of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning.

Our relaxing time was somewhat ruined by some negative aspects of the resort. There were many stray animals around the resort, causing us some worry and discomfort.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and was impressed by the exclusive amenities that were offered. The indoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing swim and the sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day. The swimming pool had comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, and the sun terrace had a stunning view of the garden area. The leisure room was spacious and well-equipped with a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The room was fantastic, with a private steam room, saltwater pool and a shallow end for ease of access. The restaurant served delicious food and the private facilities were exceptional.

The only minor issue I had during my stay was that the location isn't close to any good beaches but the hotel had made their own beach with loungers and shades. the service was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill my every need.
