We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the bus station, which made it convenient for us to explore the area using public transport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the covered balcony adorned with flowers, where we enjoyed cocktails and admired the stunning mountain view. The dining room offered a different 5-course menu every day, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and even making special drinks tailored to our tastes. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The spa was a much-needed treat for us tired backpackers. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was friendly. The optional five-course dinner was a great deal and had plenty of delicious vegetarian and vegan options. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel provided a free mountain guide for day trips, which was perfect for us as solo travelers. The location was also fantastic, with a bus stop right next to the hotel and only a short 30-minute journey to the train in Ponte Gardena. This hotel served as an excellent base for exploring the entire area, with free bus fares to top it off. this was a top-notch hotel experience and we were very grateful.

Great location in the heart of the city. Close to all the action and within walking distance to the gondolas and restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide assistance. the breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day with a variety of cold cuts, bread, fresh fruit, and juice. Additionally, the hotel offered a half board option that included a 5-course meal with a different menu each night.

The indoor swimming pool and open air pool closed early in the evening, at 6pm or 7pm. This was disappointing as we were out hiking during the day and would have loved to relax in the pool later in the evening.
