I recently stayed at Balihai Bay for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean, and the Jacuzzi tub with a great view was a wonderful bonus. The location is convenient, not too far from the walking street. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were attentive. A special shoutout to Khun Dave, the bellboy, who went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms and bathrooms were far superior to nearby 5-star hotels, and the location near Balihai pier was perfect for island hopping.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bustling tourist areas and the famous Walking Street. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff provided good room service with a variety of reasonably priced meal options.

The hotel is situated near an open sewer and pumping station, which creates a strong and offensive smell that can be uncomfortable, especially when sitting on the balcony.

I recently stayed at Balihai Bay for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was perfect - right on the famous Walking Street. The room itself was excellent, featuring a large screen TV and a unique bath by the window overlooking the ocean. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time during my city break, with some things I liked. Two complementary facts were offered that made the stay more enjoyable. Great central location near to everything that the city offers. the local cuisine was an advantage that added to the experience and was enjoyed.

There were some worst aspects to the stay that lowered the overall satisfaction for us. It was impossible to ignore and made it difficult to enjoy time in the vicinity.
